Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply when you download, access, or use Streets: Track My Walk ("Streets" or the "app"). By using Streets, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Apple Standard EULA
Streets is distributed through the App Store and is licensed, not sold. Your use of Streets is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required.
Using Streets
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Streets on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these terms, the Apple Standard EULA, and App Store usage rules.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Streets or its services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Location features and safe use
Streets uses device sensors, GPS, maps, and third-party data to record and plan routes and estimate statistics. Location, route, street, distance, step, calorie, elevation, and progress information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
Streets is not a navigation, emergency, medical, or safety service. Pay attention to your surroundings, follow local laws and signs, use suitable routes, and do not interact with the app while doing so would be unsafe. You are responsible for deciding whether a route and activity are appropriate for you.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases
- Available products, trial periods, prices, billing periods, and included features are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase.
- An auto-renewing subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting Streets does not cancel a subscription.
- Billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by Apple under App Store rules. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
- Features described as lifetime access apply to the lifetime of the app and remain subject to these terms, platform availability, and applicable law.
Your content and feedback
You retain ownership of content you create in Streets, such as route notes or saved place descriptions. You are responsible for that content and must not use the app to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
If you send ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to improve, develop, and promote Streets. Do not include information you do not want us to process.
Third-party services
Streets may use or link to Apple services, maps, street and routing data, analytics, diagnostics, subscription infrastructure, and other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, accuracy, or content.
Updates and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, content, or support. We may also require an app or operating-system update. We do not guarantee that Streets or any specific feature will always be available, uninterrupted, compatible, or error-free.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streets is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, or opportunity; or injury or loss resulting from reliance on route, map, location, fitness, or other app information. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Streets at any time. Your right to use the app ends if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Streets, our services, or legal requirements. Updated terms become effective when posted here. If you continue using Streets after an update, you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
